Minimum Order:
The minimum order is $35.00 for wire diameters of .127 or less.
The minimum order is determined on a case basis for wire diameters larger than .127.

Delivery:
If the product you ordered is not available as requested, we will contact you prior to entering your order.

Return Policy:
Catalog springs are guaranteed to meet catalog specifications.
A $35.00 restocking charge applies to orders returned for other reasons, and they must be in resellable condition.
Authorization for returns is required.
Custom springs can only be returned if they do not meet specifications.

Shipping Terms:
Shipments are FOB Middletown, NY.
Unless otherwise requested at time of quotation shipments are normally prepaid and billed. Freight collect shipments are available on request.

All products are unconditionally guaranteed to meet order requirements.
Our designs are conservative and materials of the highest quality. Customers are advised that in spite of this springs can fail due to combinations of small material imperfections, metal fatigue, process variation or anomalies, and/or specific features of the application that are beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibility to assure that their product is safe, regardless of spring fit or function. "Fatigue" limits are provided to assist customers in making appropriate selections. Fatigue limits are not a guarantee that springs will never fail under any given set of conditions.

All implied warrantees of any type are hereby disclaimed and excluded (including without limitation merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.) Commercial Communications shall not be liable for legal fees, consequential damages or for loss of profits. Remedies are expressly limited to refund, credit, repair or replacement at our discretion.
